Jessica Ransom

Shift Lead Vet Assistant
Jessica is a proud mother of two beautiful girls and has been married to her wonderful husband for 8 years. She also has a 3 year old long haired dachshund, Percival, and a 5 year old blue tick coon hound, Rocky Top. She is originally from Chattanooga, TN but moved to the gulf coast in 2017 and loves it here. She started working in the veterinary field in 2005 and loves what she does. She has been with GBVH since 2017 and we are blessed to have her.

Samantha Spiers

Shift Lead Vet Assistant
Samantha joined our staff in 2017 as a kennel technician. We have watched her grow and work her way up to Veterinary Assistant and is a valued member of our team. Samantha was born and raised in Mississippi. She graduated from Picayune Memorial High School and is currently enrolled at Pearl River Community College to further her education. Samantha has 3 dogs and 4 cats that keep her very busy when she’s not working for us.

Taelor Holcomb

Customer Service Assistant
Taelor has been for working for GBVH since July 2017 as our Client Service Assistant. She came to us with over 6 years experience of greeting clients and customers and always has a smile on her face, even thru the hardest of days. She enjoys greeting our clients, and loves all of their adorable pets! She knows almost everyone by name when they come in the door and makes our clients feels immediately at home and comfortable. Taelor is married to Dillon, and they have a little boy named Blaize. On her spare time she loves spending time with them, as well as painting and drawing.

Kaitlyn Cote’

Customer Service Assistant
Kaitlyn has been working with animals since 2008 in clinics from Florida to Louisiana. She has been with GBVH since 2016 and has worked in several different departments as a Lead Veterinary Assistant and now as a Client Service Representative while furthering her education. She has one cat, Daisy, who loves to snuggle with her while she reads books in her spare time.

Susan Rossi

Office Manager
After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, Susan decided it was time to go back to work and was originally hired on by Dr. Michelle at another clinic as a receptionist and has been learning about the veterinary industry ever since. In 2016, after Dr. Michelle purchased GBVH, Susan came from the other clinic to continue working for Dr. Michelle in her new practice.  She has since moved into the Office Manager role. Susan has two grown kids, Ryan (21) and Courtney (24), a rescue dog, and three rescue cats. In her spare time, she works with various rescues and rescue transports.
